I bought this more than 6 months ago. The product is not well designed. It takes a lot of time to pour water into it. Moreover it needs cleaning almost once every week. Otherwise the water flow is too slow. Kent should have thought a bit more before introducing this product. I don't recommend this product.

Very badNot having the worth of money.Upper (first) filter is too slow to wait for filter.There is no storage tank of impure water so that at one time water can be poured in that and water goes to filtered slowly and slowly.

Kent Purifier is the worst purifier

It's just been less than 3 months and UF filter is clogged. As it comes under warranty of one year, we complained to the specified service center and the response was shocking - "The Kent Representative himself declared that this filter needs UF REPLACEMENT EVERY MONTH"
Hope he didn't mean that it is used for filtering mineral water :-)
Jokes apart in-fact he denied to replace the UF rod for free and demanded to take the service from flipkart..so its the question of reliability of the products bought on flipkart as well..

I have been using this Water Purifier since a month now. Its good looking and good working at low cost. Great value for money.
I had used a similar water purifier earlier from Eureka Forbes. Their Customer Support is very bad. They will charge you even if the product is under warranty.
Kent customer support seems to be honest. They came for providing a demo on the product on the same day of the delivery form the Flipkart and they did their job and left.
Over all, Kent is better than Eureka Forbes.
Please don't buy this...

I am using this (the earlier version) filter for the past 5 years. This is a perfect filter if you want a steady filtration process. Currently we are a family of 4 and the UF and charcoal are to be changed every 6 months. That's a pretty long time for a basic filter.
Good to have at Flipkart: I would be great if flipkart also provides the UF candle + charcoal + fiber filter clubbed into a single order. Will be a great post sale option.
